Description of the problem	My 2007 mercedes r350 has been diagnosed with engine balance shaft problem and the dealer has recommended to replace balance shaft (engine balance shaft). The mileage on my car is 54109 miles and is less than 5 yrs old. The dealer is quoting $5300 + taxes for this issue.
